Welcome! We are so honored you have requested information about applying for one of our communities!

One application per guest 18 years and older, please.

The base monthly site rental includes up to 2 guests or 1 guest and 1 pet and 2 vehicles. Additional guests, pets, or vehicles will be an additional charge. Monthly site rental includes trash, sewer, lawn service, and 2,000 gallons of water. Aqua Water rates will apply for usage over 2,000 gallons per month. A deposit is required.

RVs need to be neat and clean in appearance with no add-on rooms, window a/c units, tarps over RV, etc... Any RV older than 10 years will need management approval.

Limit of two pets per site unless pre-approved by management. Our insurance does not allow Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers or Pit Bulls. Cats must be spayed or neutered.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? Do you have any misdemeanors or pending cases involving weapons, violence, assault, abuse, drug distribution, drug manufacturing or theft? If yes, please explain.

The undersigned applicant represents that all the above information is true and complete and authorizes the verification of the same.

This is to inform you that as a part of Rocking H Realty’s, LLC procedure for processing your application, an investigative consumer report will be prepared where information is obtained through a criminal report.

I have read the above and certify that the information I gave is true and correct, and any errors, omissions or falsehoods in this application may be used by the owner and/or owner’s agent to terminate the lease at any time.

Authorization: I authorize Rocking H Realty, LLC to verify by all available means the above information, including reports from consumer reporting agencies before, during and after occupancy on matters relating to my lease and income history and other information reported by my employer to any state employment security agency. I further authorize and permit the rental owner to obtain updated information on future occasions and for collection purposes should that be deemed necessary.
