Each pad site is equipped with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, water, and sewer. Lovely country setting with a seasonal creek at the back of the property.

On-site private laundry facilities for our current guests. Views of pastures, fields, and trees. Lots of elbow room with space to explore. See the Milky Way at night! Plenty of room for personal decks.

$570 base monthly site rental includes trash, sewer, lawn service, and 2,000 gallons of water. Base price includes 2 people or 1 person and 1 pet and 2 regular weight vehicles.

We do not offer internet nor wifi although it is available through Hughes Net, Spectrum, and Rural Wireless.

$200 deposit.

Before we approve an RV, we will need to see a clear picture of each of the 4 sides. RVs with window ac units are not allowed. Tiny homes on wheels welcome.
